The new costs will take effect as of March 8, 2018, and will first appear on customers’ April 2018 bills.  For more information, view the flyer on the City’s webpage

Have you seen the Citywide Historic context statement?

Last week, the Historic Preservation Commission held a Study Session to review the Draft Citywide Historic Context Statement, which will serve as a tool for the evaluation and designation of potential historic landmarks and historic districts that are unique to Monrovia’s architectural themes.  A robust historic context is the foundation for identifying, evaluating, and handling historic properties and will help us make important land use decisions. Now available for review on the City’s website!
