MHS Rummage & Bake Sale Saturday Join Monrovia High School in their fundraiser efforts to help raise money for their Biology Dept. From the hours of 7:00am-1:00pm the sale will be taking place on the front lawn of the campus. Come by and show our local high school support!
Make a Difference Day Saturday Volunteer with hundreds of other residents as we gather throughout the city to help those in need with maintaining the aesthetic of their properties. The city's volunteers will be focusing on schools, parks, and the residences of elderly and disabled residents; many more other project's will be taking place. Support our local high school by attending the "Rummage & Bake Sale." This is a coordinated event by students & faculty at Monrovia High School. All proceeds will be donated to Monrovia High School's Biology Dept. The fundraiser will located on Colorado Blvd (the front lawn of the campus).

Community Wildfire Public Form Monday Would you like to know how our community of the foothills can prepare for a hazardous wild fire? Monrovia is beginning the process to develop its own Community Wildfire Protection Plan. Attend to help make this community plan by voicing your concerns and priorities regarding this issue. The meeting will be held at the Monrovia City Hall located at 415 S. Ivy Ave beginning at 6:00 p.m.  You can also participate by completing the Fire Department Survey here.
Fun with Music at the Library Saturday Music, Strings, & Things. Monrovia's very own Joe Ferrante Music Academy will be hosting live musical demonstrations, including a sing-along accompanied with instruments. For young ladies, enroll and participate in a series of workshops geared towards the needs of you young women.

Taste of Monrovia Sunday Enjoy the second annual Taste of Monrovia as local restaurants in Old Town Monrovia set sampling stations of various spirit beverages. Get Back to Work Monday The National Employment Council is hosting a six week program designed to employ participants. Learn how to use five steps to connect with employers in their field. Frankenweenie FOODraiser for pets

Head to Krikorian this weekend to watch the movie Frankenweenie and bring along some pet food to show some love for Foothill Unity Center's Pet Food Bank.  The Pet Food Bank helps feed pets across the San Gabriel Valley - even Ellen donates!
