 Memorial Day:
5/28 Monday "An American holiday observed on the last Monday of May, honors men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military." Friday Night Y-Life Begins: 6/1 Friday Every Friday night until late August see Monrovian teens experience togetherness in a positive reinforced environment at Library Park.
Monrovia Relay for Life: 6/2-3 Sat-Sun Help raise funds and awareness for cancer patient survivors. Recreation Park will house supporters  who will be divvying up into teams and walking for awareness and the fight against cancer. Relays duration is for a twenty-four hour day, participants will switch walking shifts accordingly.

Remembering Our Veterans and Their Families

The 15th Annual “Remembering Our Veterans and Their Families: Past, Present and Future” event on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at Arcadia County Park, 405 So.Santa Anita Ave., Arcadia 91006, from 10:00am-3:00pm
A special tribute to our armed forces will be held at 11:30 a.m.

Historic Home Tours

Mother's Day Tours Sunday, May 13th
Looking for something special to do for mom?

The 30th anniversary home tour will be held on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 13, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Three trolley buses will enable guests to park once and easily travel from house to house for no added charge. Make plans now to attend one of the oldest home tours in the area!
