For the 35th year in a row, the Monrovia Historic Preservation Group will be hosting its annual home tour! This year’s tour features six homes built between 1901 and 1921 – along with the Anderson House Museum, which was built in 1886. Also, five of the six homes are located in the recently designated North Encinitas Historic District.

WHERE: The first two blocks of North Encinitas Avenue
TICKETS: Advance ticket prices: Adults - $20; Seniors (65+) - $15; Teens - $10; 12 & under free! Pre-sale tickets can be purchased in person from the Monrovia Chamber of Commerce and Dollmakers’ Kattywompus, both located on Myrtle Avenue.
